Rules and Restriction Policy

These rules and restrictions apply to all Solo and Group Tatarawa packages.

Users may only use our Service for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Users must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts.
Users are permitted to use our Service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.
All information supplied by you must be true, accurate, current, and complete.

You must show evidence of guardianship where minors are involved.
You must obtain their consent and authorization prior to acting on their behalf.
You will inform group members about the terms that apply to the booking (including these Rules and Restrictions).
You will be responsible for paying any amounts due, for making any change/cancellation requests, and for all other matters relating to the booking.

You agree to create an account with us and sign in to it.
Where you have an account, you must:
- Safeguard the account information (two-factor authentication recommended).
- Be responsible for any use of the account by you or others.
- Notify TravelRTT immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Provide TravelRTT with all necessary information to comply with legal obligations.

You acknowledge the process associated with the right to cancel or change a booking.
You shall adhere to the relevant terms of service of third-party service holiday providers affiliated with TravelRTT.

Make any false or fraudulent booking.
Access, monitor, or copy any content on Tatarawa portals using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means or any manual process.
Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on Tatarawa portals or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access.
Deep-link to any part of the application, “frame,” “mirror,” or otherwise incorporate any part of Tatarawa portal into any other website.
